Refund and Returns Policy

At YATMAYA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent returns and refunds process.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal or intimate items (including underwear or hygiene-related products)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items damaged for reasons not caused by our error

Refunds

If approved:

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
